Nationwide — outside DFW & Denver

Fill Dirt Disposal Consulting

We run direct dump-site matching and driver dispatch in DFW and Denver metro only. Everywhere else in the US, developers and property owners hire us to consult — bringing the same site-vetting and regulatory expertise to your own market, without you having to build it from scratch.

What’s included

Site sourcing & vetting

We help you identify and vet legitimate fill-dirt receiving sites in your area — the same core work our DFW and Denver dispatchers do every day, applied to your market. A legitimate site has a published acceptance policy, the right to inspect and reject loads at the gate, and a load ticket for every delivery. We help you find one, or several, that actually work this way.

Regulatory & permit research

Every state has its own inert-material exemption for clean fill (the same category as TCEQ's 30 TAC §330.3 in Texas and CDPHE's 6 CCR 1007-2 in Colorado, which we cite and work under directly) — plus local city/county grading, drainage, and land-disturbance permit rules layered on top. We research the specific combination that applies to your project's location before you commit to a disposal plan.

Disposal logistics strategy

For mass excavation, subdivision grading, or any project moving real volume, the plan matters as much as the site: scheduling, haul distance, truck access, and cost modeling across the life of the project. We advise on the same logistics questions our managed-hauling clients already pay us to solve in DFW and Denver.

Common questions

Do you dispatch trucks and match sites outside DFW and Denver?
Not directly — free dump-site matching and driver dispatch is only live in DFW and Denver metro right now. Everywhere else in the US, we offer paid consulting instead: helping you find, vet, and navigate the regulatory side of fill-dirt disposal in your own market, using the same expertise that runs our two live metros.
What does a consulting engagement actually include?
Any combination of site sourcing and vetting, regulatory and permit research for your specific location, and disposal logistics strategy for the project — scoped to what you actually need, not a fixed package.
How is a consulting engagement priced?
Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually based on project size, location, and what you need help with — the same way our own managed-hauling service is quoted per project, not off a fixed rate card. Reach out and we'll give you a straight number before you commit to anything.
Who is this for?
Developers, general contractors, and property owners anywhere in the US doing excavation, grading, or site development who need expert help with fill-dirt disposal and don’t want to guess at local regulations or receiving-site legitimacy on their own.
